Wayne Graham

I started hunting around 30 years ago. I went fishing one day and on the shore line of a pond was a perfect arrowhead. It had an impact fracture on the tip but it is a dandy for starters. I still have the point. From that day on there was no stopping me from hunting points.

I finally found my first folsom in 1998 in December. It was a cold day and drizzling rain. Pretty miserable. I almost walked past it. It looked like another flake. But as soon as I picked it up. I knew it had finally happened. A folsom! I still get a thrill after all of these years finding points.

Scottsbluff

Allen, 2 7/8" long, made of Florence Chert, found in 1995, Kay Co., Ok.

I am still finding new places to hunt. Not all hunts turn up points but the thrill of the hunt is always there. Good luck hunting.
